Clients can schedule online through our website www.thehealingcollectivemb.com. We recommend calling or texting our office at 770.687.4811 if you have any questions related booking or services. If we are unavailable to answer, we recommend leaving a message or sending a follow up text. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Clients can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time with no penalty. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of appointment will forfeit the 25% deposit paid at booking.

Clients are expected to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the start of their appointment to account for parking, restroom needs, etc. Clients who arrive late to a session, may not receive additional time and payment will not be adjusted for a shortened session.

A no-show is considered any appointment where the client has missed 20 minutes or more of a session without communication. Full payment of session is required and the client will be unable to schedule an appointment until all fees have been paid.

Packages of 4 and 8 of each time duration (60, 75, 90 and 120 minutes) are available. Packages of 4 receive a 10% discount. Packages of 8 receive a 20% discount. Packages are valid for a period of 365 days from their purchase date.
